PAYMENT
Prices in the website are retail prices in Euros, taxes included. If you're buying from a country outside of The EU, the french VAT (19,6%) won't be charged.The minimum order is 15 €. We accept payments by the following credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, and with Paypal. Payment methods such as bank transfer and C.O.D. are not accepted. Placing your order means that you are engaged in a contract, and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered, as well as all our 'sales conditions'.
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped from France. Shipping is by the French Post and UPS for certain destinations. Availability may be limited by stock. Norden is not responsible for delays due to refused authorizations from credit card companies or banks.

You have the right to inspect and correct the data we keep concerning you. This data will not be communicated to any outside organization.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping Charges are free wherever the destination is.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
During the week following delivery of the order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice. After this limit, Norden may refuse any requests for exchange or refund.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be made within two weeks of the return of the product. For all refund requests, please be sure to include your credit card number.
